I understand that Paintball can be a hazardous sport if I do not adhere to the rules set out by Paintball Encounters and its representatives (hereafter described as PE). I assume all risk for my actions and for my possessions . PE does not assume any responsibility for equipment brought to their field which is not maintained or owned by PE.

Any damage done to the property or equipment of Paintball Encounters will be paid for by the persons responsible. Paintball Encounters reserves the right to refuse any persons not abiding by the terms and conditions set out in our rules and such persons shall be asked to leave without refund or compensation.
